What You’ll Need

  • 2 oz Funk Harbor Dark Rum
  • 1 oz Fresh orange juice
  • ½ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz Passion fruit syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • Garnish: Orange peel

Putting it Together

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add Funk Harbor Dark Rum, fresh orange juice, fresh lime juice, passion fruit syrup, and Angostura bitters to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for 10-12 seconds until well-chilled.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and use as garnish.
