What You'll Need

  • 2 oz Funk Harbor Silver Rum
  • ¾ oz Fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz Aperol
  • 3-4 slices Fresh cucumber
  • Pinch Sea salt
  • Garnish: Cucumber ribbon

Putting it Together

In a Collins or highball glass, gently muddle the cucumber slices.

Add Funk Harbor Silver Rum, fresh lime juice, Aperol, and a pinch of sea salt.

Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Using a bar spoon or swizzle stick, swizzle the drink by moving the spoon up and down between your palms until the outside of the glass frosts over.
